How billing works
- Starting out
- Every organization starts on Free. It has no time limit and does not ask for a card.
- Upgrading
- An admin upgrades and manages payment details from Billing. Paid plans renew every month until canceled.
- Canceling
- Cancel anytime from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
- Reaching a limit
- Existing people, clients, and projects stay. Adding another one is blocked until you upgrade.
